Terms of Service

1. Booking and Estimates: 
All moving services are subject to a written estimate. Final prices may vary based on actual services rendered.

2. Scheduling:  
Appointments are scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances but will notify you promptly.

3. Liability and Insurance:  
We are fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the value of your belongings as specified in our insurance policy.

4. Prohibited Items:
Items deemed hazardous or illegal are not transported or handled.

5. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must ensure access to move-in/move-out locations and proper packing of items before our arrival.

6. Cancelations and Rescheduling: 
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur fees.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

- Full Refunds: 
Refunds are available if a move is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

- Partial Refunds:  
If cancellation occurs within 24-48 hours of the scheduled move, a partial refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable deposit or fees.

-No Refunds: 
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled move or for services already rendered.

- Damaged Items:  
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 7 days of the move. We will review the claim and process refunds or compensation accordingly, subject to our insurance coverage.
